Refund Policy

All fees for the Wildflower Holistic Wellness 12-Week Nutritional Therapy Program are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Due to the personalized nature of this program and the practitioner time reserved on your behalf, no full or partial refunds will be issued after enrollment. If you wish to withdraw before your second scheduled session, a partial refund may be issued minus a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after the second session. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Full terms are outlined in the Client Agreement provided at enrollment.‍ ‍
